What is Sidr honey?

Sidr honey is made by bees that feed on the flowers of the Sidr tree, known in Pakistan as Beri. It has a rich, deep taste and is one of the most loved honeys in the region. It is often given as a gift and kept in the home for tea, mornings and traditional remedies.

How to store honey

Keep honey in a closed jar at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Use a dry spoon. Natural honey can thicken or crystallise over time, which is normal.
